Tiny Scholars

Tiny Scholars is a preschool program for children ages 3 to 5 years that prepares them for kindergarten through a balance of structured learning and creative play.

Class Details

The Tiny Scholars preschool program blends structured learning with joyful, child-led exploration to prepare children ages 3 to 5 for the transition to kindergarten. Weekly lesson plans are aligned with Rhode Island RIELDS standards and cover early literacy, math concepts, science exploration, social studies, and the arts. Children build pre-reading and pre-writing skills through hands-on activities, storytelling, and purposeful play. Our teachers also focus on social-emotional learning — helping children develop empathy, resilience, and self-regulation. By the time Tiny Scholars graduate from this program, they are confident, curious, and ready to shine in kindergarten and beyond.

Our curriculum nurtures curiosity, critical thinking, and social-emotional growth, helping each child develop a lifelong love of learning.

Unlike many childcare centers, our program is designed by veteran teachers who understand the specific skills and knowledge children need to thrive in kindergarten and beyond. We’re committed to providing an enriching experience that supports children’s cognitive, social-emotional, and physical growth.
