Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate curriculum and activities
- Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating learning environment
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive program
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress
- A personal demeanor that is warm and friendly.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Organized and able to prioritize and multi-task.
- Team-oriented and willing to work with others.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma (or equivalent) or higher.
- Associates degree in ECE preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
- 18 years of age or older (Teen Aide positions are available for applicants 16-18 years of age).
- Able to read, write, speak and understand English, bilingual encouraged to apply.
- Must pass a national criminal background/fingerprints check.
- Must pass Department of Children, Youth and Families (DCYF) Clearance Request (CPS).
- Bilingual, English and Spanish speaking is preferred but not required.
Salary: Varies upon experience / qualifications

Our hours are 7am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, providing a consistent schedule for both our staff and the families we serve.
